I Hate Firefox's Latest Updates

I generally avoid updating...anything, but the browser crashed recently and auto-updated on reopening. I'm at v89.0.

It sucks. It's gone all white, private windows look the same as normal windows, the tabs all look eerily possessed while floating weirdly at the top, I can't find the screenshot option, and why would you change the speaker icon on an inactive tab into the text 'PLAYING'. Why. I need answers, damnit!
